I found YalCars while I was browsing on CarGurus for a new vehicle and found a car I loved (refer to picture). I submitted my request for more information, and only a short few minutes later I was receivi new vehicle and found a car I loved (refer to picture). I submitted my request for more information, and only a short few minutes later I was receiving a call from Danielle offering her help. I scheduled an appointment to view and test drive the car of interest later in the week. When I arrived, the staff was super kind and helpful. They responded to my questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. There were minor concerns with the vehicle I was looking at, but they worked with me to fix the problems before I came to pick up the keys. When I went back to finalize the paperwork, the process was super quick and easy. Danielle was super helpful and extremely kind to me through the entire process and it made my first experience with a car dealership a good one! The salesmen and women are not pushy at all, and they don’t try to talk you in to something you don’t want to do! I appreciate all the help they have given me and am pleased to say I would visit again in the future when the time comes! More

If I could give zero stars I would! Sells faulty cars, doesn’t care about safety of their consumers. Sells extended warranties from a company that doesn’t even answer their phone so you can’t file a claim doesn’t care about safety of their consumers. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. Danielle was very helpful getting all the paperwork started on the phone so we didn’t have to be in the office as long.
