I had my 2018 Wrangler in for recall work with an appointment on a Tuesday at 9 am and the service tech didn’t even touch it until Wednesday afternoon. I didn’t get my Jeep back until Thursday. Cut and Dry I have been doing business with Yark for at least 10 years. Our Laredo lease was $369.99 for 42 months. Ernie said that was $10 off what it should be, because we were "good" customers to him over the years. Justin in finance was very friendly, but gave the impression that what ever the computer figure came up with was the final cost. The process seemed very cut and dry, and left us with a feeling of not getting a fair deal. Next time we may shop around a little more before going to Yark. More
