Easist Auto Purchase Last Sunday I was surfing the internet for a truck to add to our fleet. I spotted one for sale and e-mailed them immediately. Within just a few hour Last Sunday I was surfing the internet for a truck to add to our fleet. I spotted one for sale and e-mailed them immediately. Within just a few hours I receive a reply from Mia Knicely letting me know that she was checking into it and would get back with me. (Very impressive considering it was a Sunday). Mia also placed a call to me within hours on Sunday to let me know that she would locate the truck and get back with me on Monday morning. Mia called me Monday AM, located the truck, hooked me up with Justin Sparks for financing put a hold on the truck and within 2 days I was driving it back to Michigan. I can't tell you how impressed I was from start to finish, this simply was the least stressful auto purchase that I've ever made and I'm 60 years old. They offered me multiple cars to test drive, didn't pressure me at all to buy one that I was not 100% comfortable with, and really took the time to understand my wants and needs as a consumer before helping me find the right car. The finance department did a phenomenal job at negotiating with the banks to get me the lowest price possible on my new car, and I have to say that they succeeded. My monthly payment is well below my budget and I am thrilled with my purchase. Thank you Yark! More

Scott doesn't use the high pressure approach that I've witnessed at other dealerships, and he actually calls/texts you back when he says he will. Mike Parks of the service department is on par with Scott. Mike takes care of my family (my wife and I both have Jeeps). Mike makes it his point to get us into the center and explains everything that "needs" to be done, and he even suggests what we might want to have done sooner or later...never that "YOU NEED TO DO THIS NOW" approach. Once the sale of the vehicle is made, Yark wants nothing to do with continuing to make sure the customer is satisfied.
