Tyler was such a great help, super patient, and put no pressure on us what so ever. Wasn’t a huge fan of the process in the finance office, felt a little bait a switchy when he was pushing us HARD to buy pressure on us what so ever. I also told him in advance we did not want our credit pulled by multiple lenders and then he pulled it with 5 different banks without asking first. I brought my Town and Country in because the tire pressure was low even after I put air in it. I didn't have an appointment. I didn't know which tire was low. I had to wait because they had to honor the appointments. They checked the tire I thought maybe it was and it was fine. After some discussion they checked the other tires and found a screw. The desk guy suggested that I drive the car and see if any tires got low, but I wasn't comfortable with that and he agreed to have them spray all the tires to check for a leak. More
