Wayne was great. During a tire rotation, one of my locking lugs got lost. He gave me a complete new set at no charge to me. This dealership is packed full of recalls and warranty work, it's a shame. Because of all the work, my vehicles 2 hour recall took 2 days, but the dealership gave me a loaner vehicle.
