This is my third truck from Yark, that being said I have also purchased a couple vehicles from others and the process at Yark always takes longer than others. Brake and tire problem Still waiting for brakes, pads, & rotors to be fixed after 5-6 trips back in 5 months. Had to go back for problem 30 days in. They replaced 1 that wasn't holding air and I was told the other was fine but I could buy a tire for around 210.00. I didn't...now that tire is not holding air. I hope when parts come in this will be my last trip there. The vehicle only had around 33, 00 when I bought it. Chase and Martin seem to be the ones to help and get to the bottom of this. More

Was taken aback when my wife asked for a water and was told by lady at front desk that the vending machines were not working and that she should walk down to McDonalds to have her bottle refilled. purchased 300 via internet Most all communication was done via internet or phone. When i arrived i had to find my salesman. Greg (salesman) was helpful. I needed stickers removed from vehicle and had to buy my a heat gun. Greg did have one of the runners go get it or implied it was a big deal for someone to go to the store to get one. I would have stopped to get one however Tim Duncun made it very clear that if i was not there in time for them to do the paperwork it was not going to happen that day. I was coming from Pittsburgh to buy this car. Everytime i asked for a little help it was like pulling teeth to get it done. Tim never came out to introduce himself or if he was not there i didnt know. If it was not for the price i would have not bought the car and drove home. I would not recommend this dealer unless they have the best absolute price because they are not worth dealing with or in this case not dealing at all. More
