Unorganized, couldn't find my paperwork I waited 25 minutes for them to find it. I stood and waited. First and last time I will go to Yellowstone. I will drive 30 minutes away to have service done on m minutes for them to find it. I stood and waited. First and last time I will go to Yellowstone. I will drive 30 minutes away to have service done on my car! No sorry for the wait, you can go sit in the waiting room, here is something to drink while you wait. Very rude to me. More

We have always had great service at Yellowstone Motors in Powell, WY. Our last time was for an air conditioner condenser. James, from the service department, was a great help in securing the parts and settin Powell, WY. Our last time was for an air conditioner condenser. James, from the service department, was a great help in securing the parts and setting up the appointment. He even helped with suggesting that we contact our insurance company since a rock had caused the hole in the condenser. Our insurance contacted him and he was able to provide them with enough information to settle the claim. It all happened very quickly and efficiently. THANK YOU, JAMES!! More
