I went for a state safety inspection on a Friday. They convinced me to do the maintenance in one shot so I agreed. Dropped off my car at 2:15 and didn’t get my car until nearly 7:00pm. After driving away 5 minutes later I noticed they didn’t put the sticker to prove my car passed inspection. I drove back the guy told me they did it but the stickers are locked up to come back the next day. I drove back Saturday morning and saw the receipt. They never did the one thing I asked them to do. Makes me wonder if they do anything else they say they are going to do. Efrain & Darlyn were nice but the people working in the back were inefficient. More

i was quoted a monthly lease fee which changed at the time of pickup. the finance dept did not run my credit until the day of car pickup, which caused an issue which delayed the pickup until the next da time of pickup. the finance dept did not run my credit until the day of car pickup, which caused an issue which delayed the pickup until the next day. so i had to leave work early on 2 separate days. the finance dept said that if i purchased the lojack system it would result in a lower insurance premium. called geico the day after the pick up and there is no insurance discount, so i'm paying an extra $30/month with no insurance discount. highly disappointed and worst car buying experience i have ever had. would never recommend them and will service the car at anothe More
