Today I am the proud owner of a 2022 white KIA Forte – thanks to Joey Rivera. My first experience with Westchester KIA was not so great. I had to write a not so positive review to let them know that I thanks to Joey Rivera. My first experience with Westchester KIA was not so great. I had to write a not so positive review to let them know that I was left standing at the door with no sales representative acknowledging my presence the prior day. I returned the next day and I met Joey. I hit it off with Joey within minutes. He explained the entire process of bank approval, vehicle in my price range and the financing process with precision and accuracy. (He knows his material). I have no complaints with my car. I love my car and I will return in the future for an upgrade. Joey, thank you so much for your patience and cool demeanor and I look forward to continued business with Westchester KIA.
