I had come into the dealership in Yonkers,NY to get some help to get my UVO package set up to auto start and John volunteered to walk me through it. The ladies were helpful however my service took 4 hours while it should’ve been less than 1 hour. AND all the men in the place DID NOT WHERE MASKS. I had to wait outside in the freezing cold. Wear your xxxx masks. This is not something that should be said, yet sadly, here we are. It is incredible that so many people on the floor refused to mask up, exposing their masked co-workers and customers be said, yet sadly, here we are.
