It's a Baby! Started the process to swap a 2017 Niro Hybrid for Niro Plug-in Hybrid back in November 2019. Worked out the numbers. Agreed to a deal. Dealership agreed to honor the deal when the 2020's came in, expected in late Spring. Enter COVID-19. Delays in delivery. Change of personnel. Did the deal still exist? Happy to say I took delivery of the one and only PHEV to arrive at Yonkers Kia on July 31st - nine months from inception. They were true to their word. Kudos to all! More

Everyone from all the Service Advisors to Mikhail, the Service Manager were very professional and great. Mikhail was very patient and willing to find the source of my car problem and was able to resolve it. They all won a satisfied customer. Working over 26 years as an area Manager in the Customer Service industry, they all knew how to treat their customers and truly won my respect and will now only deal with them. Thanks again! More

Dioris is hands down is one of the most honest and best people to work with if you want a new car. He helped me get my first car when I was 20 with horrible credit.
