Carlos Molina and Tony Ramos were super friendly and super patient. Tony even went out of his way to pick up the car for me and wanted to be there when I picked it up. The finance department was more attentive than sales I went in to buy-out my lease with an appointment ahead of time. I still had to wait, my sales Rep Saad could have been more attentive. He would ask m I went in to buy-out my lease with an appointment ahead of time. I still had to wait, my sales Rep Saad could have been more attentive. He would ask me a question then leave and not come back until 15min later and so on. A 30minute conversation took 2hours. Once i met with the finance department, it was smooth and easy. Saad was not very communicative as to the steps and time it would take. He would ask me to fill something easy in, then leave for a while. Especially during this COVID pandemic, reps should be focusing on getting customers in and out of the enclosed space faster and more efficiently. I was ready to buy out the lease, so there was no back-and-forth on my decision making. I was disappointed in the overall lack of proactive communication and timeliness. More
