Sabrina, Good afternoon. I'm not sure if you are aware that a lemon law does not cover a 2015 model after driving it for 6 months. Our records show that you have owned the car for 9 months. You have been driving it for 9 months and are responsible for its wear and tear. Our records also indicate that you declined any additional warranty. Vehicles are man-made products. You have to purchase a warranty to cover issues that come up. NO DEALERSHIP is responsible for a used car engine 9 months after you've been driving it. It's a 5-year-old vehicle. We sell quality pre-owned cars and our customers have every opportunity to inspect them, test drive, look at the CarFax, whatever they want before they buy. The reason that warranties are so important is that NO ONE can predict the future. It's not fair to try to hold Lindi or Sal accountable for your vehicle. I understand your concern, but your anger is misdirected. It's just a matter of chance that this would occur or perhaps the driving patterns, many things can occur. That's why warranties are a good option. I'm sorry that you have repairs to your car, but it is no one's fault. Our best to you always. Thank you.

I actually found that this car is under recall and it happens to be the engine.... date announced Dec 2018... According to the recall it states "that 2012-2017 Sorento's previously recieved engine replacements under recall number 17V-224, the knock sensor detection system Product Improvement Campaign. The high pressure fuel pipe that connects to the fuel pump outlet may have been damaged, misaligned or improperly torqued during the engine replacement procedure causing a leak." As a dealer your customers come first and from the very moment Ive stepped foot into your dealership it has been a nightmare. Im sure you recall that this car you sold me was under the pretense it had a third row, and you "manager" Sal told my fiance that the tech uploaded the wrong photos under the wrong vehicle. Your dealership is a disgrace to KIA. So intead of brushing me off once again, do something to change the bad taste out my mouth of this poorly run dealership.. Action to take according to this recall would be to call Coorporate. I'l remember to mention your above response and you'll be hearing from my legal team as well as KIA Coorporation.. My review still stands and I also will be taking to social media to ban purchases from your facility as well.
