I was not planning on getting a new car anytime soon, however Tony Carrion reached out and presented me with some options. He is an impeccable salesman, VERY respectable and personable, knowledgeable on Kia products and just an overall down to earth guy. I did not feel pressured at all, most car dealers are fast talking , trying to rush you and confuse you, I did not feel an OUNCE of this at Kia. I got an amazing deal, met some amazing people. Tony also made it very easy to get into contact with him by giving me his cell number instead of having to go through the dealership or call center. I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing with him if you are looking into buying a Kia. He personally went and picked up my new car and drove it down to the dealership which I greatly appreciate. He kept me updated through the entire purchasing process answering any questions that I had , doing extra research just to be sure he was giving me accurate information. Jimmy Sanchez helped me with financing my car and I would also HIGHLY recommend working with him. He was very knowledgeable in the options that I had and he also worked with me to get me the best deal he could get me. I really appreciate that because we work hard for our money, and he respects that and understand that. Get down there ASAP I had an amazing experience at Yonkers Kia. I went in just for a consultation and left with a 2020 Kia Soul right off the showroom floor. Friendly, relatable, didnt throw numbers at me I didnt understand. Being a young woman a lot of dealerships try to take advantage of the situation but Tony was perfect. He explained everything to me step by step, walked me thru the entire process and at the end saved me a ton of money. By time I went to the finance department everything was already laid out for me. Matt went thru everything with me and had no problem giving me a copy of all the documents. Overall I had a great experience and will be returning when its time to turn in my lease. More

No Pushy Salesman Stuff! Lindi was great! We walked into the dealership after seeing the New Telluride. He asked us a few general questions and then asked what our “must hav Lindi was great! I wanted everything I had in my Jeep including a full service contract for the term of my lease. I told Lindi the model, color and package I wanted for the Telluride and he very honestly said that they did not have that model in the dealership but we’re expecting it to come the following week. We test drove the base model and liked it but really wanted the SX with the prestige package. We weren’t pushed on numbers or other vehicles for sales. Lindi said he would call us to let us know when the SX arrived, so that we could see the features of the model we wanted. Sure enough, he called us When it arrived Thursday afternoon and was upfront that it wasn’t the color I wanted but to come and see it. I wanted white and it was moss green🥺! But he said come and look at. So we did! He didn’t get pushy...the color was actually very nice. I liked it so we started talking numbers. He showed us some numbers and we said no! So my husband and I gave him the numbers and said this is what we wanted, he then brought his finance manager, Matt, and were we very honest with him about our numbers. The numbers were still not to my measure so I gave the bottom line, we met in the middle with no pushiness, or rudeness. Needless to say we went home with our new car and as very happy customers!
