Quality control should be improved for the security software upgrade. When I left the dealership, the buttons on my steering wheel did not work (no volume control, no reset trip odometer, no phone act software upgrade. When I left the dealership, the buttons on my steering wheel did not work (no volume control, no reset trip odometer, no phone activation). I had to make another trip the next day to get this corrected. They disconnected the battery and everything worked again. The service advisor was courteous and appeared knowledgeable. However, I left a voice mail for him on this issue and he did not get back to me. I had to call him 4 hours later. At that time, he asked me to bring the vehicle in the next day. More
