I expected to pay a slight premium over MSRP for the new EV6, that wasn't a problem. My wife and I bought the car for cash and we were told we had to talk to the "finance manager" before we could leave. He EV6, that wasn't a problem. My wife and I bought the car for cash and we were told we had to talk to the "finance manager" before we could leave. He gave us a hard sell for an extended warranty. When I told him I didn't sign contracts that I didn't get a chance to read, he got insulting. This made the experience very unpleasant. Nevertheless, after I complained, the manager of the dealership called me, said they would try to make sure this didn't happen again, and they apologized sincerely. I appreciate the fact that the dealership cared enough about customer relations that they followed up on this. More

I had previously owned a honda and the customer service at KIA is a world of difference. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I bought sportage hybrid sx prestige on 1/13/2023 cross bar is in window sticker $350 but my car didn't have it i asked vincent(Salesman) he said hey by the way your trade in the engine is no good so i lo bar is in window sticker $350 but my car didn't have it i asked vincent(Salesman) he said hey by the way your trade in the engine is no good so i lost money on deal now are you gonna give the money back. and he said cross bars here but put them in office i just checked there not there i will let you know(1/18/2023) after i text to him 1/21/23 and 1/24/23 but he didn't answer. i think he is not professional salesman and no customer care after sold car.
