Salesman talked up the EV rebate, then after the deposit stated the vehicle wasn't eligible. Despite this, there was a dealer mark-up on the vehicle. Vinnie never sent me the final sale paperwork. The printer was broken/system down on the date of sale. When notified of the error, the salesman contacted the relevant staff, but never kept me updated. More
