Disappointed that I got home back in Kentucky and the navigation will not work here and was told it needed updated. I would’ve thought a dealer would have fixed that before they sold the vehicle to you b navigation will not work here and was told it needed updated. I would’ve thought a dealer would have fixed that before they sold the vehicle to you because they bragged about the vehicle having navigation. Now I have to pay a local dealer this Friday to update the maps. Spend 25,000. For a vehicle and the navigation doesn’t work is disappointing More

York dealership kept my Jeep for 2 days to try to found out the reason it wouldn’t start for about 10 mins & then it would start up like nothing ever happened. They couldn’t find a reason for what was goin out the reason it wouldn’t start for about 10 mins & then it would start up like nothing ever happened. They couldn’t find a reason for what was going wrong, I was not charged anything for their valuable time. I will always recommend this dealership for trust and professionalism. What a great team! Best customer service I’ve had in awhile. Wes Martin was great. Came in late in day on Friday & was too late for oil change. Wes checked my oil to make sure it wasn’t low & even topped it off Wes Martin was great. Came in late in day on Friday & was too late for oil change.
