He not only provided our organization with a very fair deal on price but was so responsive to emails/phone calls and, simply, a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. I would also like to point out that in order to meet the needs of the CEO he made an exception of delivering the newly leased vehicle to Gaithersburg MD along with all the paperwork filled out- all the CEO had to do was sign. Car servicing I recently visited younger Nissan for the usual recommend oil change. When I arrived I was greeted by the staff, who were ready to help me with what I I recently visited younger Nissan for the usual recommend oil change. When I arrived I was greeted by the staff, who were ready to help me with what I needed. Like I said, I purchased the oil change with multi point inspection. Usually this is a quick service but I guess everybody wanted to get their car serviced because, mike, my customer service rep informed me that it was going to be a wait of a half hour to an hour. The allotted time passed(about 45 mins), and my car was ready. Mike greeted me in the waiting area to let me know how everything went. Mike gave a print out of everything about the car. From the multipoint inspection he let me know about a couple of red flags on my car from a detail report I received. He explained the process and pricing of everything so I would not be surprised had I came back and had the work done. Mike asked me if I had questions (to which I didn't ), shook my hand and greeted me goodbye. I loved the service I received from younger Nissan, because I was professional helped with my service needs and given grade A++ customer service. More
