Best car buying experience in Maryland I have recently bought my third car in 14 years(Dec. 31, 2016), and honestly this has been the best experience in all these years. I was really impressed with my salesman David who was patient, friendly, caring, honest, very knowledgeable, and treat me with the upmost professionalism and respect. David went out of his way every time to meet our needs or answer numerous questions, but most importantly David sold me a car that has all the features I wanted, nothing less, nothing more and for the best price in 50 miles radio. I do shop around so I am positive I got the best price and car for my money. Another thing that impressed me was David's follow up call after I bought the car; this is customer service care at its best. Our finance person was Edward Beleznay and he was very nice and pleasant to deal with. Edward explained everything we were signing and the process was painless. I highly recommend this dealership! Best Nissan dealer in Maryland After being greatly disappointed at the way I was treated by several other Maryland Nissan dealers, the sales experience at Younger Nissan was worth t After being greatly disappointed at the way I was treated by several other Maryland Nissan dealers, the sales experience at Younger Nissan was worth the 45+ minute drive from my home. Chris Curry was my salesman, Brian the sales manager, and Kyle the finance manager. All did a great job to explain each step of the process and ensure all my needs were met and were professional and courteous. There was no pressure, and they gave me some time alone to talk over the final numbers with my wife on the phone before wrapping up the deal. I also got a fair value on my trade. I had some accessories installed at a later date and the service department has been great to deal with as well. Chris also followed up with me a few days after the sale as well to see if I had any questions and how things were going. I have had some technical questions since purchase and the staff has been very receptive to them and are working to answer them for me. Highly recommend this dealer for Nissan purchases and service. We did buy a vehicle, but had some issues along the way Overall our salesman was very friendly and was ultimately able to get us in the car we needed. However I was told what I needed to hear to get me into the dealer, and only when I was there did I find out that the cost was going to be exponentially more. The biggest issue I had with the whole process was being told that the car would come with floor mats (who buys/sells a car without floor mats), and when my wife brought the car home I realized that none were included. When I called to notify them, they told me she could stop by and pick them up, but when we got there she received 4 different floor mats from random cars on the lot. They said this was temporary, but it has been two months and still no floor mats. It is the little things like this that ruin my experience. Spending north of $20,000 for a vehicle and being nickle-and-dimed for what must only be $100 floor mats? Just be sure to get everything down in writing if you visit this dealer. More
