We thank you for taking time to write this review. We certainly do apologize for this unfortunate situation and any inconvenience this may have caused. It is my understanding that you had test driven a Maxima in our store back in June, but then ordered a different color / interior package directly from Nissan that was to be delivered to our store. Given that Nissan issued a recall and stop sale order on that model, production was delayed for several months, and we were unable to get the car you had ordered. Our Sales team made several attempts to reach you with updates during that period, but we never heard back from you. Within the past 2 weeks it has come to our attention that the Maxima you had ordered is available, but was never shipped to our store. We recently reached out to you to see if you would like us to proceed with getting the car to our dealership - we certainly would like the opportunity to earn your business and trust once again...and get you in your dream Maxima.
