Satisfied Customer Was in need of a vehicle...current mode of transportation was old and had broke down requiring extensive work which was worth more than the car. Went to the Younger Nissan website and submitted an finance app on the previous day in hopes that it would smooth the process when they opened on Monday, which it did. I gave them a budget...I told them exactly what I was looking for...doing a little research ahead of time goes great length in saving time and headache. The sales rep filled in the details that was not clear to me from the on line add...which is greatly appreciated. In the end I drove away in a 2016 Altima 2.5 SR...knowing that I have a reliable vehicle to get me to and from work in style. A. ELLIS More
Quality Service You have to admit, we all dread the idea of having to buy a car with the potential for being "on guard", dealing with high pressure sales and/or finan You have to admit, we all dread the idea of having to buy a car with the potential for being "on guard", dealing with high pressure sales and/or financing and having to spend an entire day at the dealer (and I have been there many times) - but NOT at Younger! They (once again) made the process of purchasing a vehicle seamless, comfortable, and satisfying. This is my second visit with Ed Beleznay (Finance) and Steve Latour (Sales) in the past 2 years. Both men were very courteous. I also had a few items needing service (from purchasing a used vehicle) and not only did Younger agree to take care of the items, Doug Rice in the Service Center was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Jillian in Service/Cashier had the details in order and was extremely responsive to my calls and inquiries.
