Great Experience I knew what I wanted when i went to the dealership and not once did anyone try to get me to upgrade or to convince me that i needed something more tha I knew what I wanted when i went to the dealership and not once did anyone try to get me to upgrade or to convince me that i needed something more than what I wanted, I went 3 times to look at the car that i wanted and was greeted by two different salesman and they both knew who i was and the second salesman knew that i was working with the first one and didn't try to sell a car to me behind the other salesman's back I had a lot of respect for that. Louis answered every question I had and was more than willing for get an answer if he was not sure of the answer. Kyle the finance person was great and didn't try to push extras on me and gave me my options, answered my questions and was very quick with all the paperwork Overall The process was very satisfying. Oil change and rotation went well. I recently took my 2013 Murano in for an oil change and tire rotation. It would be nice to come out with a car wash like we get from our other car dealers. More

I was told it would take 1.5 hours and they finished it quicker than that and reminded me that a free car wash since it was raining the morning I was there. I can't for anything more, my expectations were exceed. Nice job! More
