Took a test drive with almost no gas. Salesman took our keys to have our trade-in "looked over" but the vehicle actually never left its original parking spot. We know because we sat in front of it in the showroom. Would not recommend to anyone in the future. Car buying is undergoing a transformation and establishments like this will cease to exist. More

The car buying experience was very good compared to what I had experienced at other dealerships in Frederick. I previously bought 2 new cars at Shockley Honda and was not satisfied with the car buying experience there. In addition, I wasn't happy with Honda' service department either. The regular oil changes at Honda would take over 1.5 hour for example. They would always try and sell me on unnecessary repairs because I'm a female. Little do they know my friend is a mechanic and I would always follow up with him before getting any of the repairs done. The overall experience at Honda was so frustrating that even though their cars are very reliable, I decided to give Younger Nissan a try. I am very happy that I picked Younger Nissan indeed. I've waited 2 years to write a review since my original purchase because I wanted to see how they were going to treat me in the service department. I can honestly tell you that Sergiu is extremely polite and very customer friendly. To this day, the team has performed oil changes and the regular maintenance schedules with good care and always in a timely manner. I have yet to wait for over an hour every time I've had to come for repairs. The Sentra has over 40,000 miles and is running great. I won't deny that Honda cars are good; they are very reliable cars. However, I highly recommend any Nissan cars as they are just as reliable. You will have a much better experience overall if you go to Younger Nissan. Give them a try, you will not regret it. One of my Honda car is about to expire and I am considering going back to Nissan for one more purchase. I know the difference from a bad car buying experience to a good one. You will not get a much better experience at Younger Nissan and I highly recommend them. More

He meticulously enlightened my wife and I on all of the features of the Nissan Altima we were interested in. The test drive was also very informative. Buying a car is a long and arduous process but Mike made sure that we were comfortable during every step of the process. We also got a phenomenal deal on a 2015. Kyle in Finance made the financing process fast and easy. We appreciated that a lot. And we can't forget the sales manager. Unfortunately I don't remember his name but he gave us a great deal on our trade in. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Younger Nissan. Greatest car buying experience---EVER! my visit to Younger resulted in a purchase that was not planned, but the deal was so good that I chose to buy. Took my car in for 30000 mile service and walked the lot. Saw some great deals clearly marked on vehicles with 0% for 72 months so I figured now was a good time to get another vehicle since my son now has a learners permit. found the car I liked and got a great year end clearance price. Sales rep Bill Braswell was extremely helpful throughout the process, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. Ask for him if your at the dealership--he won't let you down. The whole process was fast and efficient. Least amount of time I ever spent buying a new car! It was worth it too!!! Kevin was also very instrumental in our purchase. He made sure we got the deal we were satisfied with--kudos to him for giving us a great deal with numbers we were comfortable with. Even the finance people are easy to work with. Eric(?) was very professional and pleasant--did not try to sell us stuff that we did not want or really need. Fast too--didn't sit around waiting to sign paperwork. He had everything ready in a flash, so we didn't have to spend extra time at the dealership. We were out enjoying our new car in no time at all! Sergiu in service dept is the best. He always takes the time to explain everything and takes care of our needs in a fast, efficient manner. Love their service. Keeps the pathfinder in tip top shape. Our new sentra will also go there for service. More
