Could not have had a more positive experience with this team at Frederick Nissan. Not pushy like other dealerships I visited while testing this car. They brought 2 different color combos from other dealers as far as 200 miles away for me to see without up front commitment to buy. Have been friends with X GM (Gene) for past 15 years. Was lucky enough to get Nathan as Salesman--always a gentleman and always willing to work hard to get the customer what they want. Also great experience in finance with Kyle--gotta a surprisingly great interest rate near 5%. And Nick is just the man--so humble and diligent. Also great servicing from Jillian. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for one of the best designed cars on the planet right now. More
Made Maxine beautiful again! Within a weeks notice, they were able to fit me in to fix the left side of my Nissan Maxima "Maxine" after she was side swiped. They greatly respected my one day time frame turn around and had her back to me in five hours. They even walked me through step by step how they would be servicing her. AWESOME TRUCK!!! I was shopping for a newer and better mid size SUV. I owned a 2004 Chevy Trailblazer LS and had 166K on it. I put a lot of money into it the past 2 years and couldn't afford more repair bills. It was time for a newer vehicle. As I shopped around on Sundays (so I wouldn't be pressured at the time) I went out on a Tuesday afternoon and started looking. As I got to Younger Nissan, I saw a 2013 Nissan XTERRA S I was interested in. It had everything I needed except for daytime running lights. After a couple hours talking to the sales rep, Jonathan Harper, I decided not to take the vehicle. As the Sales Manager, Kevin, came over, he talked me to me about the Demo on the Showroom Floor. I told him my price and payment, he talked to HIS boss and we came to an agreement. The staff there was AWESOME. The TRUCK IS AWESOME!!! Couldn't ask for 2 better guys, Jon and Kevin and their staff. They have a good team there. Thanks again guys. You will be referred to in the future as Long as I get my cut. lol More

painless experience Before visiting Younger NIssan, I visited a competitor's dealership down the road and requested to test drive a different maker's truck. The salesman showed me what seemed to be every truck on their lot, including many that I had absolutely no interest in. I left that dealership very confused about pricing, and did not really like the vehicle that I test drove. When I spoke with John Grimes at Younger NIssan, he actively listened as I told him what I was looking for. He went over the different options packages for the truck I was interested in inside the dealership, and when I said I wnated to test drive a particlur truck on the lot, he got the keys. He did not show me vehicles that I didn't want to see, but focused on the details of the truck I was interested in. After a test drive and discussing the pricing of that Nisson Frontier , I realized that it was a much better deal than the competitor's similar vehicle with similar options. I really enjoyed test driving the Nisson Frontier and had hardly any problem transitioning from my 14 year old truck! The dashboard is well designed and everything is well placed and easy to locate aqnd understand. I bought the truck that day. John worked with my schedule to make sure I drove the truck home that day, even though I had an appointment scheduled and had to rush out without completing all the details. I love my new truck! Overall, the people at Younger NIsson made this a painless experience for me! More
