Was able to drop my vehicle off for service the same day I called. Unfortunately I can't remember the nice gentlemen's name ( I think Bob??), who helped me when I arrived. Called me to let me know what was wrong with my vehicle and I authorized him to go ahead with the repair. I got a call back within the next few hours to let me know my vehicle was ready.. I have to say that once someone actually came out to help me the customer service was great. Usually when you go to dealerships, the sales people immediately come out to ask if they can help you. At first I was good with it because it allowed me to see the vehicle I went there to see and also look around. But after no one came out until about 20 minutes or so, and it wasn't just me there looking at vehicles. I was getting ready to leave, but finally Mike Rose (salesman) came and to talked with me. He got the keys to the 2008 Nissan Pathfinder I was interested in looking at and showed me the inside and allowed me to take a test drive by myself and encouraged me to drive it to my home (about 3 miles from home) for my husband to see it. When I came back, I told him I wanted the vehicle. Mike was very nice and informative and answered my questions. I must also say that it was a pleasure dealing with Kevin Ignasiak regarding the financing of my vehicle. I really enjoyed talking with him. He was also very kind and informative, and I didn't feel pressured in purchasing any "extras". I did, however, end up purchasing a 2 year warranty on my vehicle since Kevin encouraged me and he help work the numbers so I could do it. All in all, I had a great experience purchasing my Pathfinder. I would just have the sales employees come out a bit sooner. More

It was my first car buying experience. I am a young recent college graduate with no knowledge in cars. I filled out a questionnaire and within minute I received a call from Lacoe. He was very polite and assured he would find me a car within my budget range. I explained to him my financial situation and he said it was not a problem. Two days later, I received the good news that everything is fine just need to come in and finish the paperwork. I could not believe that I actually found financing with my lack if credit. I went to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon, I did not have to spend one minute waiting for a sale associate. Mr Lacoe was straight to the point and ready to move forward as I was. We went on a test drive, and next I know I got the final number and signing papers for my own car! This was a great experience. Mr Lacoe went above and beyond what was I expected. He hold my hand and walked me they the process like a breeze. My significant other was worried that I would be tricked into buying extras. To my surprise, not once was I directed to purchase anything additional. However I did go with their roadside assistance package since I'm clueless about cars. The environment of the dealership is like being with your own family. I felt at home, not pressured and being able to make my own decision without coaching. My first car buying was excellent and I definitely will be a lifetime customers. The perks of being a customer are excellent, do excellent that I cannot wait to take the car for servicing. I scheduled my Nissan Murano for service as directed by my car (!) ~ oil, lube and filter plus tire rotation. They did the computer check and told me I had many things that the car needed which totaled $1 my car (!) ~ oil, lube and filter plus tire rotation. We had bought our Nissan, used, from CarMax and were assured that it was all up to date, etc. I plan on sending a copy of this bill to them and hope they reimburse me for all that they didn't take care of as promised. We did buy the warranty however none of what was needed was covered. James was awesome explaining all of the work that was needed as well as having someone take me home and pick me up when my car was ready as the hour express service I thought I would be doing was going to be hours instead. I previously had a Tahoe ~ that I drove for 13 years, finally having to trade it in as the transmission was going, 197,000 miles on the original one! We take care of our vehicles and drive them until they basically die. It's the way we have always been and take care of them so we get many years of use. Hence the reason I appreciated James explaining all that needed done and why I gave permission to have the work completed. However, I am still upset with CarMax for not only this, but my CD player also doesn't work! Currently I have Doug Rice working with me concerning the CD player ~ they had to remove the system, and send it in for repair. Therefore I currently have not only no radio, no heat or ac, no Bluetooth, no backup view!!! I can live through this and appreciate all that Doug is doing for me to get my Murano up to perfection. I will never buy a car from CarMax again. I do appreciate the salesman there for convincing me to look at the Nissan Murano as I wanted to buy American ~ I am in love with the Nissan and your dealership/service and when the day comes we need a new car, will be buying directly from you. When I called to make an appointment, I was quickly referred to James. He gave me instructions on coming in to have my vehicle serviced. From the time I pulled into the lot, the Younger Nissan employe referred to James. He gave me instructions on coming in to have my vehicle serviced. From the time I pulled into the lot, the Younger Nissan employees were attentive and helpful in getting me to the place where I could have my Xterra serviced. James explained the process and followed through with his promises by calling to advise me of the work that would be needed, the approximate amounts, and the optional services that I could do now or later. My vehicle was ready within the stated time, the bill was within the estimated value, and the car wash was an added and much appreciated benefit. The cost of the service was more than I originally budgeted, but appeared reasonable for the additional services that were identified in the all points inspection. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality, friendliness, and timeliness of the service on my truck. I will definitely return, as needed, to have my vehicle serviced; and I will be happy to refer others to Younger Nissan to my family and friends. Thanks so much! Janet More

Bad from start to finish. They are a Nissan dealership but dont offer proper packages for recommended services by Nissan!!! Instead they try to gouge you on what is needed to be done. I was personally lied to twice in the same service, once straight to my face. Work done is not even of the best quality. Went in for service and work on my power steering, they "fixed" my power steering but it still makes the same grinding noise as it did before it went in. So for $500....what did they do???? If you can help it, go somewhere else for service. More

He gave my wife and I an accurate time slot of how long our car would be in maintenance, so we could decide to stay or take a walk. He gave various options for continued and future services. He also had no problem coming from behind his desk to ensure our visit was a quality one, Outstanding. Can’t end this without mentioning Kevin, It was good to see him again. He sold us the car, he went the extra mile for us by running down a post purchase issue.
