Denny and Lisa were great to work with. Denny did everything he said he was going to do and my car was ready as promised. My only issue was I used a loaner car which Denny was nice enough to get for everything he said he was going to do and my car was ready as promised. My only issue was I used a loaner car which Denny was nice enough to get for me, however, it was completely out of gas. I don't mind putting gas in it but I was headed to work and had to take time to get gas. Other than that the experience was probably the best I have had for service anywhere. More
The reason why I gave Frederick Nissan an excellent rating is because I took my car into them to get serviced for an oxygen sensor replacement. My car started hestitated at shifting gears (2000rpm)found out it was my oxygen sensor malfunctioning, got my car back today 9/14/2010 and it drives a whole lot better. I am the third member of my family to purchase from Frederick Nissan. My family knows some of the employees from previous dealerships. I felt that Martin and Nick went out of their way to please me. My only dissapointment was that I did not receive remote starts and should have with a vehicle purchased. I would recommend this dealership because when you walk in the front door the staff looks you in the eye when they speak and shake your hand. You don't find that at many places these days! My car broke down and was unrepairable so my daughter and I went out with no money down looking for a car. After going to several dealerships and feeling like they were trying to get over on me and give me a I went out with no money down looking for a car. After going to several dealerships and feeling like they were trying to get over on me and give me a basic car for the price of a loaded car we found ourselves at the Frederick Nissan. Mr. Martinez could not have been more helpful getting my daughter and me into a new loaded car with a great price. I would recommend them to anyone. He also returned a rental car we had the very next day so I could take the new car home and not fool with the rental. This was on a Friday and that Monday he called to make sure I was 100 percent happy. Great customer service. More
We were in the market to replace our 10 year old Saturn LS, which we had a good experience with and enjoyed owning. We had heard great things about the Rogue, and had compared it side by side to the Honda LS, which we had a good experience with and enjoyed owning. We had heard great things about the Rogue, and had compared it side by side to the Honda CRV. We stopped by Frederick Nissan and met Kyle, who worked with us to determine our wants and needs and very patiently and enthusiastically guided us through the steps to choosing our new vehicle. We have only had the car for a day, but we are pleased with our purchase and the service we received at the dealership. I was especially grateful to Kyle and Jeff who instructed us on all of the features of the vehicle before we drove off the lot, which made it much easier to adapt to the new controls, etc. We also met the parts and service department personnel, and felt like they were pleased to have us as customers and would go out of their way to help. I look forward to many years of reliable and comfortable driving in our new Rogue. I would recommend Frederick Nissan to anyone in the purchase and/or service of their next vehicle(s). More
My experience with Frederick Nissan was outstanding. Jeff took the time to explain the ins and outs of my new 2010 Nissan Maxima SV. Jeff stayed til 11:15 pm to make sure that I knew how to operate the inner workings of this vehicle. I can't thank Jeff enough for helping make a important decision in making this purchase. i believe if there where more friendlier Salesman in the car industry and not predators the automobile industry would not be so unbalanced. I must also commend Ed Beleznay for his fine handling of the financial aspects. He also stayed until 11:15 pm to finalize and go over all the sticky paperwork that no one really wants to sit through when it comes to purchasing an automobile. Thank you guys for the great customer service and the help. I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family members who may be in the market for a vehicle. I came in to see if I could trade in my Versa for something with more trunk space. A few hours later I drove out in a brand new Sentra. Everyone, Nick, Jeff and Wendy were more than helpful. I originally has just planned to get the bluebook value of my car. And when i submitted the info it said a dealer would contact me. So i figured i would go take a look. When i got there they helped me get the price that i wanted. Also they were very friendly and quick about getting all of the paperwork done. I had finished all of the paperwork in under 2 hours. I was told originally that i would have to come back to get the car monday since it was in belair, however i told them if it was possible to get it today it would be much appreciated since monday wouldnt work for me. So they were able to send someone to pick up the car and bring it back to the dealer. It was by far the best car buying experience i have had, and will most likely be returning to them for future purchases. More
I came to Fredrick Nissan after finding the FRONTIER I liked on the Internet. I would not have followed up if I hadn't known Nick Dibiase for 30 years or so. Nick lived next door to me and I have known him ever sense then. I had also purchased a few Datsuns/Nissans from him when he worked for Hamilton Nissan. First let me say I love the Frontier and it is exactly what I have been looking for in a truck for some time. As far as working towards a common goal, purchasing/selling the FRONTIER was a positive experience. Beacuse I believe that all went well there were some items I wanted on the FRONTIER that were not completed and on the FRONTIER. I had told David that I wanted fog lights installed as I view these as a necessary for me as I leave my worked at 1:00am each night and driving RT. 9 in WV I have encountered fog many times. After talking with David, Nick called me at home and said that the Dealers don't install them, they are sourced out to a place in Frederick and very expensive, his words not mine. In my pass purchase of trucks or cars I have always been able to work a compromise out, but things were moving too fast here to do that. I thought and continue to think that Fredrick Nissan should have had these installed and been part of the SE package already installed on the FRONTIER. I am hoping we can stil so that, mayve on my 90 day check. Finally, although I was told that Fredrick Nissan could beat my Credit Union 3.9% for 60 months, when the paperwork came in I was assigned 5.89% for 72 months. Neither of these were acceptable. To Nick's credit he held the paperwork to PNC until I could get to my C.U. on Monday. Which I did and ended up with 3.75% for 60 months. Those are very liveable numbers. All in All my experience at Fredrick Nissan was a positive one and would recommend Fredrick Nissan to anyone looking for a decent deal, but I would clarify my recommendation with, "Please take your time and if needed leave the vehicle on the lot until you are completely satified with the deal." Thanks for the survey and letting me give you my thoughts on my recent purchase. I do not in any way view my experience a negitive one.
