Worked with Grant, a salesman, he made the experience nice, smooth, and easy. (He had one of those Staples "easy buttons" on his desk, so I guess that makes sense.) He set everything up perfectly. Put the Cobra up on a lift in their service center so we could check the undercarriage, and the service center technicians there were great too. Especially one of the techs named Andrew, a master Ford tech (I think that was his title), guy REALLY knew his Cobras! Honestly, every staff member we interacted with there was top-notch, but Andrew, a service center tech, was the one who sold us on the Cobra. !!! ***Zeck Ford, give this tech Andrew guy in your service center a raise; make sure you don't lose him!*** !!! Anyway, thanks for setting me up an awesome weekend-driver, Zeck Ford! Also, we're from Topeka, and we've checked out the Ford dealerships there, and they don't have much on their lot concerning "high-end" Mustangs, but Zeck's lot had at least 10 interesting Mustangs there! Best first car buying expierience ever! So my dad took me to get a car and it was the first time I had ever bought a car, so i was nervous! We walk around the lot see what we like and right So my dad took me to get a car and it was the first time I had ever bought a car, so i was nervous! We walk around the lot see what we like and right as we walk in tyler greeted us and offered to help us! Even though i wasnt set on any of the cars on the lot, he still let me test drive a few we were there from 10 am to 6pm tyler helped us through the whole thing, I had so many questions and he answered all of them kindly. The atmosphere is great I loved it! I got an amazing price on my new 2015 mustang and I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE IT. Will always buy my cars from here, and from tyler as long as he stays there!! Even though buying a car ALWAYS takes a long time, for the number of customers who were in the dealership on Saturday (which was a lot), the transaction went relatively quickly. Also, the finance guy (can't remember his name...sorry) was also very courteous, explained everything to us in detail (that we could understand) and made his part of the transaction very smooth. Everyone is was very kind and helpful which made our experience just that much better. Thanks for the ZECK Team for great customer service!!
