2015 - F250 purchase w/ trade-in I had initially went up to Zeck Ford just to look at a truck that I had found on the internet. Less than a few hours after that, I was driving home i I had initially went up to Zeck Ford just to look at a truck that I had found on the internet. Less than a few hours after that, I was driving home in that truck that was now mine. I was given a fair trade amount, and there was a no haggle process on price so things either work for you or they don't which is how I like to do business. Above and Beyond My wife and I were looking for a new car for our expanding family and after web browsing many models and dealerships, we came across Zeck Ford. Zeck Ford had the model and year we wanted and were looking for and had it advertised for almost 2k less than other dealers around! I thought maybe to good to be true?! Boy was I wrong! Upon meeting with our salesperson Kyle Anderson, he explained to us that they price cars to move! Upon purchasing our 2013 Ford Fusion, Kyle helped with us out with getting some minor defects fixed at no charge, as well as window tinting. While waiting for the defects to get fixed, Zeck gave us a loaner car of the same make and model! A few days later my family had some unexpected things come up, and Kyle was very understanding with everything! So understanding, that he actually got my car delivered to my home! I can't speak highly enough of the people at Zeck Ford! I highly recommend going and checking them out! More

This avoids the pressure you get from most dealerships. I was pleased with the ease in taking my truck for a test drive. The deal was very smooth. The only complaint I had is the day I went to pick up my truck, my sales representative ignored me and helped a lady that just walked through the door. Here I am after putting down a significant down payment, feel like this lady just takes priority. This went on to the point that another rep came over and finished the paperwork, took my picture, and handed me the keys....very frustrating. I had an overall positive experience with just one hiccup. More
