There was no hassle and an easy process to purchase the vehicle. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly. Why not 5 stars: - Vehicle had minor hail damage which was fixed. For a vehicle sitting on the lot for 100 days, it should have already been repaired. I live 45 min away so it was very inconvenient to have to drive back. - Vehicle alignment was off. Should have been fixed prior as well. - Dealership building could use some improvements, bathrooms not that desirable and crowded office/showroom. Overall I have been satisfied with Zeck and would consider doing business with them again in the future. More
