I have had my Ford Fusion for a little over a month now and every time I get in it I think back on the experience I had at Zeck Ford with David Hindle. He was great from beginning to end. I knew what I wanted and how much I had to spend when I finally made up my mind to buy a car. I heard about Zeck Ford on a local radio station and then went out to read reviews on the dealership. Initially, I wanted to just look and really didn't event want to see a salesman when I entered their lot, but I'm glad David approached us. He was not pushy or rude (as I had my two children with me at the time and they were "busy"...need I say more). I could tell that David truly enjoyed his job and was definitely a PEOPLE PERSON! Long story short - I could not find exactly what I wanted on the lot but David assured me that the cars came in all of the time and that he would look out for what I wanted. Well - I thought for sure I would not hear a thing (or if so, it would be long after I had gone to another dealership and bought a car). No such luck! David exchanged e-mails with me the next day with information on a car (with the options I HAD to have and a price that was where I needed it to be) that I ended up buying. Because of David Hindle, I have changed my attitude about car buying and now realize that there are good dealerships out there. I was given more on my trade than I expected and the entire experience was very GREAT! More

Jace stayed long after closing for us making sure financing was approved at a payment that I had specified, the vehicles were prepped and we could drive home in them the same day. No other dealership or salesman has worked so hard at finding us rebates and discounts, consistently offered a great price on an automobile with more extras than we had imagined while making us feel comfortable, non-pressured, informed, and valued as customers. We were looking for a used Ford Edge and came to the dealership because of the list they had online. Gene waited on us and was very friendly and honest-yes, a car saleman that was honest. We looked at several cars and decided on a 2011 Ford Edge. We quickly went through the whole process of buying it the next day. They had the car in the showroom waiting for us. They had it spotless even though it was raining outside and I would be getting it dirty as I drove it away. :( A couple of things that I liked about the dealership was how they spent another hour with us showing us all the features of the car and teaching me how to use them. Very helpful. Also when we got home we discovered there was not a drivers side floor mat. I let Gene know and he is ordering one for me. Very surprised that they would go the extra mile after we had bought it. I guess once they get your business they would like to keep it! Anyway, my husband who is not easily impressed was very impressed by all the people at Zeck Ford. Thanks for making car buying easy, honest and friendly! Our next car we buy will be from them. I hate shopping for cars. I normally will just drive through a car lot and not get out of the car because I do not like being hounded by pushy car sales men. I found Zeck Ford through an ad on the AutoTrader website and they had the 2011 Ford Flex that we wanted. It was available with all of the options we wanted and based on similar units in AutoTrader, their p and they had the 2011 Ford Flex that we wanted. I had a trade-in and they offered me above blue book price (again verified by other sources), so we had a deal. These guys are of the old school where you deal on a 'hand shake'. We pulled the trigger late Wednesday and on Friday AM the car was personally delivered to my door in Chicago area (approx 500 miles)away. They picked up my trade-in and took a personal check, a little paperwork and we were done in less than an hour. A very positive experience and the new Ford Flex was exactly as described. They noticed that the floor mats were missing (I did not) and new ones arrived at my door via UPS the next day! Again, a very positive experience. Jace was very helpful and responsive throughout our transaction. Definitely will be on our list for dealers to recommend to my friends and family, even though they are 500 miles away!! More

Went to Zeck to look at trucks and possible buy. Arrived and it was raining, was meet outside in the rain by Gene. My kids even enjoyed the whole process some of the salesman inside took time from their day to entertain (if you will) my kids. My kids range form 3,8,14 so tuff crowd ya know. Anyways they held all of my kids attention while my wife and I dealt with Gene. I cant say enough how easy and great this experience was. I ended up buying the truck that I went to look at. Claerly, and issue with the detail dept. and Tire dept. Other than that the vehicle is everything Jace sid it was. And the price was below NADA and the mileage is well below the national average. Great working with Jace and beside the misfurtunes with the shop we would do business with Jace in the future. More
