Jace worked an hour after closing to give me time to decide on the vehicle and didn't rush me at all. My trade was given the top price and I couldn't be more happy with the service during the whole process. My old car died on me last Wednesday morning. When I got an estimate on what it would take to get it fixed, it wasn't even worth the cost. I called Jace at Danny Zeck Ford that afternoon, told him what I was looking for and told him that I thought my credit might prevent me from being able to get what I wanted. Within a couple hours, he had sent me the email with a couple ideas, called me to get my credit app rolling, and by the next day had a couple of affordable loan offers for me, the SUV I wanted and everything pretty much taken care of. By Friday afternoon, I drove off in my new (used) SUV. Got everything I was hoping for plus more. Out of the five cars I have owned in my life, this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Couldn't be happier. More

My wife and I searched online for days trying to find the perfect car. We finaly found it at Zeck Ford. We drove up to the dealer and were set up with Jason. He was very friendly and very honest. It was so nice not to be hussled by a pushy salesman. Jason answered all of out questions with facts to back them up. He showed us every detail of the car including carfax. The prices were unbeatable. Their was still no pressure to buy even after we fell in love with the car. Jason stayed late to help us get the paperwork taken care of and make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend Zeck Ford to anyone looking for a friendly staff, no pressure salesman, and a great price on a vehicle. The following issue has been resolved, Derek Zeck called me and handled the issue and refunded my deposit. Heres my story in short: I ordered a truck 2012 F-150 at Thoroughbred Ford, no deposit required. I me and handled the issue and refunded my deposit. Heres my story in short: I ordered a truck 2012 F-150 at Thoroughbred Ford, no deposit required. I stopped at Zeck Ford to see if they could make a better deal and they said they would beat Thoroughbred by $500 so I ordered the truck through Zeck. My salesman at Zeck said don't worry about telling Throughbred that you ordered another truck. Zeck also required a $250 deposit. A week or two later I decided I wanted to add some features and Zeck said he couldn't do it because the truck was ordered. So I went back to Throughbred and they said no problem and it was done. So I bought my truck at Throughbred. They way I see it if I'm spending $40k on a truck it's going to be exactly how I want it. A few days after I bought my truck at Thoroughbred Zeck called and said my truck was in and I told them I already bought at Throughbred. The saleman became upset and told me I should have called him and told him that I went with Throughbred because "my name is on that truck". Hypocritical...A few weeks ago he told me not to call Throughbred and tell them I ordered through Zeck... I got it; it's business competition but don't be so hypocritical and make that the sole reason you won't continue business with me. So I offered Zeck $1000 in business in the service dept to add things to my truck if they would put the $250 deposit towards it, they said no because they were mad that I didn't call them. They acted as if they weren't going to sell the truck that I ordered. So in other words go to Thoroughbred they won't make you pay a deposit and their main concern is that you are happy with your vehicle. Zeck on the other hand doesn't care about what you want, they just want your money. More
We want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Zeck Ford and David Hindle. Like they say, this dealership is a "Lot Lizard" FREE dealership. My husband and I walked into the dealership and was kindly greeted by the staff. We were not "pounced" on like you are at other car dealerships. The friendly receptionist put us in contact with David Hindle and he acted as if he had known us for years!! Super friendly and down-to-earth guy. We explained our situation with him. As many people have, we had fallen on hard times in the past (bad economy/job loss) and things are finally looking up for us. He did not judge or look at us like we were "damaged" as other dealers have done in the past. He said lets see what we can do to get you a car!! Randy Davis-Sales Director, then approached us and told us that they could help us!! My husband and I were thrilled! We have been wanting a Ford Fusion for a few years and decided that is what we wanted. David also showed us a few other cars that would have met our needs, but deep down we knew we wanted the Fusion. John Sandercox-Delivery Coordinator then approached us and congratulated us on our purchase. Our final stop was with David McCullough-Finance Manager, finished up our paperwork and we were headed out the door with our new car!! I highly recommend Zeck Ford and they will go above and beyond to help you. More
