Frustrating I was told over the phone I was approved for financing for the vehicle I was really interested in. The impression received was that when I did not authorize the almost $2000 in repairs; service associate no longer had time for me. As a long time repeat customer, I am thoroughly disappointed and will be seeking service elsewhere. More

Sales person was good, shady finance manager I had a great experience up until the financing of my vehicle. The finance manager is shady - he changed the term of my loan in the middle of the tran I had a great experience up until the financing of my vehicle. The finance manager is shady - he changed the term of my loan in the middle of the transaction after selling me on an extended warranty, without telling me of the change. Beware of hidden extra costs and go through your paperwork with a fine-tooth comb. He will try and go fast so you don't catch the extra charges. Very unethical. Will not be going back here. More
