Comfortable car buying experience When my wife and I arrived for our scheduled visit to Racine Honda to look at a CRV , we were greeted at the door by Payton Cruz who offered us a refr When my wife and I arrived for our scheduled visit to Racine Honda to look at a CRV , we were greeted at the door by Payton Cruz who offered us a refreshment and quickly worked to understand our needs and get us into the car we came to see. They had the car ready for us right away inside under the lights and out of the cold, so we could take a good look. Payton answered our questions and offered helpful information to help us decide if this was a good fit for our family. And it Is! Never felt pressured with the negotiations and we were able to quickly come to terms. Matt in financing was very pleasant, also offered helpful information about the Honda certification and also an extended warranty that should give us worry free driving for many years. Once the paperwork was done the car was cleaned and ready for us to transfer our personal items from our trade in to our new ride. 2 young men helped us with that, even helping me remove my CD’s from the CD player in my car! While the one was helping me with that, Tyler was helping my wife understand all the new features that out Touring model has. He stayed after the they turned out the lights to help us, and gave us his card and personal cell number if we had any other questions. Before he left for the day the used car manager (Craig) came out to congratulate us on our new car. My wife and I drove an hour to get to Racine Honda and were not expecting to leave my old car there and drive home a new one. There are still some things to follow through on on both sides to finish the purchase, but the whole experience left us feeling confident and satisfied! Service,Knowledge and Accountabilities Sales does not know the product. When it comes time to do paper work they say one thing and do another. You have to really watch the numbers. They said they were giving a set number for my trade, then lowered the amount on the contract hoping you don’t catch it. When you ask them about it they denie it and come up with all kinds of excuses. The manager never follows up on anything he said he would do. We do like vehicle. More
Not good. I had to return to the dealership two times to have a recall issue addressed.
