Not upfront about cost or problems. Did not care of my concerns. Took in a 2020 Honda CRV because the AC wasn’t blowing cold. Compressor wasn’t turning on no more. I researched and saw there was a recall on the compressors going bad quick. Dealer confirmed it and told me to bring it in for service. Then you called me and said the wires to the compressor were broken. $120 to do nothing or $490 to fix. Splicing on a new pigtail. $490 to splice some wires together? Are you kidding me? How can wires just break on an 4 year old vehicle and ac go out. I had vehicles where the ac didn’t go out or at least lasted 10 years before such problems. The recall to the compressor was not even dealt with. Total scam and money grabbing racket! Next time I will do it myself or take it to a trustable mechanic. I will tell everybody about your upsurd practices and never buy a car from you ever. More

I had a fantastic experience while getting my vehicle serviced. From the moment I pulled into the service drive, it was clear that they truly care about both the vehicle and customer. One thing that really stood out to me was the level of cleanliness and professionalism. They put a plastic cover over the driver’s seat, a disposable paper floor mat, and a plastic cover over the steering wheel to make sure nothing inside the vehicle gets dirty during the service. This kind of attention to detail is rare these days and really shows they go the extra while no matter how old or new the vehicle is. More

Everything was good, except the wait for completion of my oil change and tire rotation. I waited almost 2 hrs. That's uncalled for. Most ppl are in a hurry, and dont have time to wait 2 hrs.
