The service advisors, Zachary & Tim, were very poor at communicating. They did not keep me informed via phone calls or texts despite my requests. When I called they were often unable to provide requested communicating. They did not keep me informed via phone calls or texts despite my requests. And when the initial repair attempt did not work, it took 3 more days to get the second repair completed. I had to keep calling them for any info. Eventually, Zack actually did get more detailed info to me after I contacted him. More
