I purchased a 2020 bmw m340i April 1st, 2025, i noticed after the first week that the tires were worn to the point of the wear bars showing. Also there was a rattle in the front left. The dealership replaced the worn tires and test drove the car multiple times and said there was no rattle. I asked multiple times to put the car on a lift to check for play in front axles and steering components but they insisted that they test drove it and heard no noise. They only performed a visual inspection. Upon receiving the new tires the service manager had me sign a contract saying they would no longer do repairs on the vehicle unless it was done through warranty. The day after this I received a notification on the dash that the car was 2 quarts low on oil so I added it and tried to check the oil level through the radio like you’re supposed to and it is unable to read the level. That made me wonder how they inspected the vehicle thoroughly if you are unable to read the oil level. I’ve also reached out multiple times to get my ceramic coating appointment and was told someone would return my call and still haven’t received one. I initially never wanted the coated but was talked into by a manager there. Needless to say I will no longer take my vehicle back to this dealership and I will have a reputable BMW dealership service any work that’s done moving forward. It’s unfortunate because my father and my sister both bought their vehicles from Ziegler and neither of them will be going back either. More
For me, Prince handled my service appointment and related questions very well. Had a litgle confusion with my boll but he took care of it.
