I like the new facility but there was no coffee machine. The work on my car was done in a timely manner. Have a rattle in my car and they visually checked and couldn’t find anything. Only issue was I made 7am appointment just to hear, when I got there, techs don't start until 8am, some come in earlier. We a pleasant buying experience at Ziegler Nissan. Cameron was fantastic and knowledgeable. Cameron informed of extras like Lojack, paint and interior treatments but at no time did we feel pressured t Cameron was fantastic and knowledgeable. When we went to the finance office we were greeted by Sean Galvin, Sean explained all of the paperwork to us and made sure we knew what each document was, Sean also explained extended warranty options but once again we felt no pressure to buy them. I dealt with Samantha Huff over the phone, and she was fantastic. She also came out of her office to introduce herself in person when we arrived at the dealership. I must also mention Keith Although wasn't our Sales Associate he greeted everyone who walked thru the door and was very pleasant. More
