Charged $135.00 for no repairs Long story short: my truck wouldn’t start for a half an hour while I was stuck in a pickNSave parking lot. I call up a tow truck to get it to zimbrick Long story short: my truck wouldn’t start for a half an hour while I was stuck in a pickNSave parking lot. I call up a tow truck to get it to zimbrick (I have a warranty) they checked everything they could and found nothing to be wrong with it. Proceeded to charge (rob me) $135.00 in labor. There was $100 for the tow too which I get. Total after tax was $255.00 for basically nothing. I gave 2 stars because they have come through for me in the past, but unless you’re ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE you have something wrong with your vehicle-DO NOT TAKE IT HERE More

Purchase of a new vehicle My husband and I had been looking for a new vehicle for just a short period of time and, as a long time, multiple Hyundai owner, I wanted to at least My husband and I had been looking for a new vehicle for just a short period of time and, as a long time, multiple Hyundai owner, I wanted to at least look at Hyundai. After checking Subaru and multiple other brands of vehicles, I decided to head back to Hyundai. We met with a younger sales person who took us on test drives of the Tucson (which is what I was really looking for), the Kona, and finally the Santa Fe. I didn't really want a vehicle as large as the Santa Fe but, after driving it and loving the ride, my husband and I decided to go for it. We checked with another Hyundai dealer in the state and came back to Zimbrick to try to get what we felt was an appropriate price on the vehicle. Because the sales person we had originally met with seemed to be MIA, we worked with Mark,. He was wonderful. He made the process very easy. Tomorrow will be one week. I'm still adjusting to the size (especially when putting it into the garage) and learning a lot about all the technology. Thanks for a good experience and to Hyundai for their fabulous warranty, which is a big reason I love them so much. More

Fixing the Leak My appointment to fix a leak went as scheduled and the car was ready when promised. I've only had it back for two days but assume it's fixed.
