We had been shopping for a specific vehicle for about a month. Zimmerman happened to have one, and I called about it. Almost all of the other dealerships we had visited or spoke with almost acted like they month. Zimmerman happened to have one, and I called about it. Almost all of the other dealerships we had visited or spoke with almost acted like they didnt care for our business, maybe a $40,000ish car sale doesn't make a difference to them, but its a big deal to us! Mike was exactly what we needed- he was nice, funny, patient, and knowledgeable without needing to make anything up (like some other dealers had). We dont live very close to the dealership, so its difficult to refer others- but if you are able to buy from them, I definitely recommend it. Just the perfect combination of clearly appreciating our business without feeling desperate and also being there for any questions or clarification. Even smaller details like finding a decent scratch somewhat hidden on the vehicle, Mike texted before we left our house to make sure we were aware in case we didn't want to make the trip. The actual honesty they all showed was extremely endearing. One feature we weren't in love with, he let us know that happens to be something that annoys a lot of Honda drivers- its nice to know we aren't crazy (in that regard, at least). I know Mike has been there longer than he looks old enough to, so everyone there knows that he is great, but for anyone who hasn't dealt with him for a vehicle, I'd say whether you are needing a $15,000 car or a $115,000 - I get the feeling he treats everyone with the same respect and appreciation.
