Unlike other dealers in the area, Zimmerman's does not start with the purchase price being the MSRP price. They are willing to discount the MSRP right away. I have never had so much fun buying a new car! :) I soon as I got out of my beat up 2003 Honda Civic, Will was right there introducing himself and asking what I needed. I explained to him that I was interested in a new Civic and that I had been raised on Hondas so I didn't need to test drive one. I had been driving Hondas for 25 years. I wasn't pressured into driving one and it was soon understood that I knew as much about Hondas as Will did. I was glad he didn't give me unneccessary information that I already knew and there was no pressure to buy. Will was basically at my mercy for 6 hours. Yes, 6 hours and yes, in the same day. He even climbed into the trunk of the car and shut the door to show me there is a light in the trunk of all new Civics. Two different Hondas were pulled up to the door for me to look at. Sean, the new sales manager was even polishing one for me. I was interested in another car that Zimmerman did not have in stock, they told me that they would be glad to get it for me if I decided on it. I really felt like I was being taken care of, which was the opposite of what I felt when I went to Lujacks. People, stay clear of that place! I was given a fair price for my 189,995 mile crashed up Civic. It was in such beat up shape that I thought I might have to pay them to take it. I finally decided to test drive two different Civics and picked one. Ricky did a great job of getting the excellant financing for me. I knew I would be a hard sell and Will and the team diffinity worked hard to get my businness. Will went over everything that was different from my other car and set up my bluetooth. If you go to Zimmeremans, ask for Will. He has a down to earth personality, a no pressure sales tactic and will work hard to get you what you want. I had such a good time that I feel like going back and buying another new car tomorrow. More

It was another extremely positive car buying experience at Zimmerman's! After purchasing five Honda Accords from them, we bought a Honda Odyssey. We did our homework on-line, visited countless dealerships, test drove three different makes of vans, and knew exactly what features we wanted and the price we were willing to pay. Although Zimmerman's did not have "our" vehicle on the lot, they found exactly what we wanted at another dealership, and it was there within a couple of days. Our final price was considerably lower than their competitors in the area. When we picked up our van, Jeff proved to be extremely knowledgeable and took after hours time to patiently explain all the features and answer all of our questions. We would highly recommend Jeff to anyone interested in purchasing a Honda in the Quad Cities and are thrilled with our shopping experience at Zimmerman Honda. More

He followed through in all different aspects in regards to the entire process and made me feel relaxed. One thing that struck me as being very professional is when he first introduced himself he asked if we had stopped in before and if we had talked to any other Salesmen. He may be a younger Salesman but do not let that sway your decision as to whether He can find you the Car your seeking. Noel served us better then some of the older Salesman in different fields. We will most certainly refer anyone we know looking for a Honda to Noel. Since this car was for myself, my Husband let me be the one to decide just what I wanted and negotiate the deal. I want to add that this Dealership showed nothing but respect to me being a Female and negotiating the price. I am not one to play the numbers game back and forth endlessly. I feel that both myself and the Dealership were happy with the final price. We walked in on Sat afternoon and I drove off Tuesday evening with my new Accord. Over all this was a trememdously pleasent experience. There was one issue that I feel should have been mentioned. I realized after the fact that there was an $149.00 discrepency in price. I called Cheri Thomas whom did the financial portion of the purchase. When I asked what the difference in money was she explained that Zimmerman places "mud flaps" on thier cars automatically. This was not mentioned to me at any point. Maybe that was a slight oversite but I do feel that it should have been mentioned. OVERALL, I would HIGHLY recommend Zimmerman Honda. I have purchased from them years ago and felt they did take good care of any issues I had as a valued client. Along with that any Honda in my future I will go to Zimmermans!
