At first my mom and I were hesitant to go shopping for a new vehicle because I know how often females are taken advantage of when it comes to automobile sales and service. However, we decided to go to Zimmerman Honda in Rock Island because they had the Honda Fit I always wanted. Fortunately, we had a great experience at this dealership and were immediately directed to Will Lucas, who went above and beyond to make our purchase possible well within our price range. I am very glad that we went to Zimmerman because Will was not only friendly and courteous, but also demonstrated his knowledge and expertise with Honda vehicles. It was very freshening to deal with a car salesman that made us feel comfortable enough to know that we were in good and professional hands. They were all professional and courteous, and did not rush to get us out the door. There was no heavy sales "gimic." The follow through was great---it didn't feel like the customer service ended after the deal was sealed. Jeff was as exicted about our purchase as we were! This is the second time we have bought a car from Zimmerman (5 years ago we bought our first CR-V from Roger) and this is why we came back. For both cars, we went to the other Honda dealer in the Quad Cities first and they kept trying to convince us we needed more features than we said we wanted and they advertised "no haggling, we give you our best price up front". Zimmerman gave us better prices in both cases and while the negotiating was more "traditional", it was very pleasant and low pressure. We would go back again if necessary. More
