He also gave me a complete run down on the ins and outs of my new Honda Accord and really made sure my car buying experience was top notch. I have definately found my "new home". Because most of the dealers will not include that & their price look lowest one. Also do home work on County TAX that you have to pay on your vehicle, Documentation fees & also New Plates Fee. More

Bought a 2009 certified honda crv. The day of the sale was great. Now today, 6 days after the initial sale, took the car in for service. At time of purchase, noticed a noise which sounded like a tire. Giv was great. Now today, 6 days after the initial sale, took the car in for service. At time of purchase, noticed a noise which sounded like a tire. Given an iou/promise for service. Was told they would do whatever it would take to fix the noise and make the purchase a happy one. That did NOT happen. Today, they said the noise is normal to a honda. If I was told that the day of purchase, I would have walked away & ; not purchased the vehicle. They claim the tires were put on new when taken in on trade. That is the reason the dealer gives that it can't be the tires causing the noise. What happened to the iou/promise to make me happy? The dealer would not even satisfy me by putting on new tires. Have they never heard of it being possible for a new tire being bad? I'm not happy and the dealer doesn't care. The salesman was great the day of purchase, but follow up of promises given that day were not kept. Thanks to my salesman, this purchase has become a good experience. Today I took my Honda back a 2nd time for service. They did as I asked & put a new set of tires on. They put a different brand; the noise is gone & the vibration in the steering wheel is gone. Thanks to my salesman this has become a good experience. As long as my salesman is there, I will return to Zimmerman Honda with my business. More

Finally got rid of my Focus and got the Honda Fit that I've been thinking about for a few months now. Car is great and Will was very helpful during the entire process. I had also been considering a Toyota I've been thinking about for a few months now. Car is great and Will was very helpful during the entire process. I had also been considering a Toyota Yaris, but Will showed me a comparison chart between the 2 cars and showed me why the Fit was a good fit for me. Get it!? He even showed me a fancy 2013 Fit, but it was Midnight Plum and while I did enjoy the movie, Angus, I couldn't justify driving a car that looked like tux Angus wore to his senior prom. Only my 2nd time buying a car and this experience was mmmmuuuucccchhhhh better than my first one. Buy a car from Will! Hell, buy 2! More
