But the best part for me was the ease of the transaction. I was able to negotiate and lock down a deal under a few hours, without ever leaving my office. Never had to visit a dealership, negotiate or hassle with anyone. The car was delivered to my door (FREE) within 24 hours of the deal. Great experience Decided to give a new place a call just to get some quotes and see what they had to offer. First and foremost considering the idea of doing this all electronically, Ben sure knew how to make the process feel comfortable and easy. He had quotes for me the very next morning for exactly what I told him I had been looking for. A huge plus, his response time was awesome. Very important when you wait for your lease to be up in 5 days and the holidays are in full force..Well, Ben was able to place us in our new Kia Sorrento and had it delivered to my door within a day!!! He's one dealer that delivers on what he promises. Ultimately, he beat out my previous dealers' numbers and got me an SUV with all the perks for the price that worked for us.
