I had contacted several other Mercedes Benz dealerships, even some out of NYC, trying to get a good deal on the GLC 300 I wanted to lease, but I was getting nowhere close to what I wanted with both payments and vehicle options. Finally, after several weeks, I decided to try a private leasing company just to see and I am so glad I did. I was immediately contacted by Inna Shpizel, she was very professional, communicative, understood my concerns, and as important listened to what I was looking for in terms of vehicle options and price. She immediately gave me several options and together we went over what fitted me best given my budget. We finally decided on which GLC 300, and moved forward. I was shocked how easy the she made the whole process. The vehicle was delivered immediately by a very professional specialist in pristine condition, and took the time to go over all the details. I was very happy with my purchase. My only regret is not contacting them any sooner, it would have saved me a lot of headaches. Remarkable Service This is a second time we got our car through eAutolease and i still can't get over the fact how smooth, easy and refreshing the experience is. Three yars ago, as well as this time around, we Dealt with Alex Z. who yet again impressed us with his professionalism and the abilitty to produce exactly what we wanted. We discussed all the details over the phone, never having to leave our house, and a couple of days later Alex Z. had the new car delivered to our driveway. He got us the color and the trim we wanted, did all the paperwork, took care of insurance, and arranged the time for the new car to be brought to our house. What I liked the most is that they explain everything very thoroughly and professionally before you sign the paperwork, they come on time, and they come with exactly what you wanted. Numbers don't change either. The payments that Alex Z. tells you over the phone are what you get. No games. The entire transaction takes less than 30 minutes and before you know it they drive away with your old lease car while you are admiring your brand spanking new vehicle adornning the driveway. Also, not only we got out of our old lease a bit early but Alex Z. was able to lower our new payments for the same level brand new Infiniti truck. No other dealers, including our nephew, could produce such service. I highly recommend Alex Z. from eAutolease. He will spare you the headache and frustration that comes with the usual car dealership games and hassle AND save a lot money. The only thing I am worried about is that we are getting spoiled by this truly incredible service and our expectations have gone sky high. More
