The car had a weird noise from the AC and eCarOne paid for it to be fixed at my local BMW dealership and it turned out that a piece of paper had just gotten sucked into the vent. Great Service I was in the market for a new vehicle for a couple of months but with my work schedule being chaotic I did not have time to waste at a dealer all day. I was in the market for a new vehicle for a couple of months but with my work schedule being chaotic I did not have time to waste at a dealer all day. I saw the car I wanted on the eCarOne website and Blake gave me a call and said he would have it ready to test drive in 10 minutes. I got there 15 before the were going to close and drove the car and it was that easy. Blake directed me on how to complete the application online and I went back the next business day pick up my car. I spent a total of 30 minutes but received the best Customer service I have had with a dealer. I will definitely purchase from here again and have already referred a couple of friends. Thanks Blake!
