A quick, easy process from start to finish! Honestly, I was a bit hesitant when we first arrived, as the person who was originally supposed to help us completely ignored us when we arrived. However, after being assigned to Irving, I'm very happy we got to work with him instead. He was very patient, answering any and all questions that we had about the car-buying process, and understanding of our schedule limitations and any special exceptions that needed to be made. After choosing the car we wanted, it only took about 2 hours at the dealership to get all of the paperwork squared away, and he was even able to deal with our time constraints regarding wiring the payment, picking up the car, etc. There was a bit of a hiccup as some documents were not included when I picked up the car, but this was easily remedied by having him send it to me in the mail as soon as I made him aware of the mistake. Overall, I would give Irving a 9/10 for service, professionalism, patience, empathy, and just an overall good job. *The car was also cleaned and detailed perfectly, and was in the same perfect condition when I picked it up as it was when purchased; nothing gimmicky here! We looked for several weeks on several different sites. ecarone was in driving distance from where we lived, and had the most reasonably priced mini (we were on a budget). If you call ahead and make an appointment the salesperson will have the car ready for you to test drive. They salespeople could work with several people at one time. You check in at kiosk (be sure to have your dl and insurance ready). The salesperson do not ride with you on the test drive. We test drove a pepper white mini the previous week with a different salesperson. The next week we were switched to Alexis G. and test drove a black mini. Alexis was knowledgeable about the mini, and was able to relay the information regarding the car in a clear and concise manner for out teen. The prices posted online is the price and there is no room for negotiation. Very streamline. (FYI we dealt with several different salesperson over two weeks) More
