Starting with the website: unlike any other car-buying website I used in my search (and I used many, including the big national ones, brand-specific ones, etc.) the eCarOne site has detailed, complete, accurate and well-organized information that gave me 100% confidence that the car I chose had exactly the equipment & options I was looking for. It was clear that whoever had written the listing knew about that car, that model, that year, and what each option package included. Other sites just copied & pasted a long list of options that are “usually included” (not to mention those lists were very poorly formatted with little or no punctuation, sometimes not even spaces, making them very difficult to read). Based on the website alone, I was hoping this would be a place I could purchase a car, but I knew that it was as soon as I had my first conversation with Keith. He was very knowledgeable about their inventory, professional yet engaging, and was able to answer all of my questions about buying a car out-of-state. He was very helpful in arranging for the car to be taken to an inspection service of my choice and acted quickly to resolve a minor issue that was identified in that inspection. He remained in contact with me throughout the buying and delivery process, which was especially important to me since this was the first time I’d ever bought a car (or anything this valuable) over the internet. I had done plenty of research over several weeks to know that the price at eCarOne was very fair, especially given the very specific options I had been looking for and the low number of miles it had been driven. Keith even took photos of my car being loaded onto the transport truck so I’d know it was on its way. The exchange of forms/paperwork via email was seemless, as was the payment process. My car arrived in my driveway a few days ago looking like new, inside and out, and I couldn’t be any more satisfied - with the car or the buying process.
