First Class All The Way I wanted to give thanks to Tricia Hines, Chris Parish, Elias Sahwani and the eCarOne Team for outstanding service. My wife and I was interested in I wanted to give thanks to Tricia Hines, Chris Parish, Elias Sahwani and the eCarOne Team for outstanding service. My wife and I was interested in purchasing a Mercedes when we came into contact with Tricia Hines. Immediately Tricia researched the vehicle we were interested and answered all our questions. Because the vehicle was in Arizona she informed us how to put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. When the vehicle came in she notified us right away and set us up to meet Chris Parish for a test drive. Chris allowed us to take as long as we wanted in driving the vehicle. He answered all our questions and even put in new batteries for our keys. Chris introduced us to Elias who went over the warranty option. Elias was very knowledgeable and provide us with several options based on years miles and price. When it came time on deciding to purchase the vehicle we felt so comfortable with the Sales Team that we knew we were making the right decision. I would honestly recommend eCarOne to anyone.
