From model, to color to mileage and options he sent me emails when new cars come in (which is all the time, so they have a great selection). Then finally a diamond silver CLS400 with black leather and many of the other bells and whistles comes in, he holds it for me, then matches my very low rate from a credit union through one of theirs and I drive off in my car in no time! Great guy in Mitchell and great experience at ecarone. No pressure, lots of selection, good pricing and any easy buying experience! More

I went to other dealerships where cars smelled like smoke or were banged up and cars didn’t look clean even though they just needed polish. At ecarone it was different; cars were immaculate they had a very quick process to let you test drive cars one after another. I finally found a car after driving 15 or so Mercedes bmws and other luxury makes. Walked out happy. Will revisit for future vehicles. Good people More

No pressure other than the guy coming out to sell an extended warranty, but he was nice and didn't push me when I said I wasn't interested. This is a no haggle price place so don't expect to get the price down. Dealership always seems crowded, so you might have to wait a bit. More
