Fast, friendly and very professional! We were in the market for a BMW X5 and found several within 200 miles of our home. We narrowed the list to 3 and called the car companies (2 BMW dealerships and eCarOne). This is our 5th BMW. Elias was the only one that returned our phone call to answer questions about the vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. We told Elias that this would be a cash deal, we would be coming from out of town to test drive and buy the car, and we didn't want to be delayed at the dealership any longer than necessary as we would be driving back that evening. The X5 is everything he said it would be-immaculate! We arrived at eCarOne at 4:30 and were waving goodbye @ 5:30. Jaime in the documents department proved to be very professional and efficient which also sped things along very nicely.
