The best car buying experience I've ever had. My family decided to purchase an Infiniti QX80 after a long search for a vehicle to meet our needs. We priced and test drove two other QX80's at two different dealerships. Both were nice but the quality and price of the Ecarone vehicle was better. However, the experience we had at Ecarone was way above expectations. My salesman, Elias, from the very first communication was professional, courteous and accommodating. Elias arranged for Akim to pick me up at DFW and take me to the dealership. My flight was delayed and Akim was very patient and picked me up just minutes after I finally arrived. Elias gave me a huge amount of time to inspect the vehicle with zero pressure from him. He fixed an issue with the floor mats immediately. I had an issue with a few minor scratches in the seats that Elias made sure were repaired the same day by their off site interior specialist, Clint. Clint also found a couple of spots that I had not noticed and repaired those as well. When the car was returned, I still had a concern about the second row bench. Elias arranged for me to go back with the vehicle to see Clint a second time so I could be completely sure about the vehicle before I purchased it. Clint was just awesome. He actually took the second row bench apart while I watched and fixed a hidden issue we found right then (a spill that was hidden inside the seat and was not visible). Clint was super busy with a ton of other work but he took the time to make sure I was satisfied that we had found and fixed the problem. Jaime in the finance department made that part a breeze. It really showed me that Elias and everyone else at Ecarone are striving to make the car buying experience as satisfying as possible for the customer. Elias made this the best car buying experience I have ever had and I would absolutely recommend him and Ecarone to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thanks guys. More

As a buyer, what they did as a company to make it a positive experience was keep their word. Before buying the car, I paid for a pre-purchase inspection with a mechanic. The mechanic found that the battery, brakes and rotors needed replacing. On a Jaguar the cost of the repairs is not insignificant. Kyle, Masoud and the rest of the team made all the repairs prior to purchase which gave me peace of mind. Additionally at closing, their finance team got me an incredible loan rate, a fair trade in value and free car tint to boot. I can confidentially recommend Kyle, Masoud and the rest of ECarOne as a good partner to do business with. More
