Service after sale is lacking sales reps are shady I purchased a vehicle with an additional 100,000 mile warranty. I cancelled the warranty and was due a refund. Josie is apparently the only one who can process this, but she never answers the phone and never returns phone calls. It took me over 2 months to receive the refund. I went in person and she wasn't available. I called over and over. I had her paged. Nothing works at all. I finally was able to speak to a manager who was able to cut me a check the same day. When I purchased the vehicle my sales rep showed me documentation of how they paid more for the vehicle than I was paying. If anyone believes that they are crazy. In financing in order to receive a "discount" they added a bunch of stuff I didn't want to the invoice without telling me. One of the cameras on the vehicle was missing upon delivery. It was replaced. That is the only positive of this transaction. More
